Most orders ship within 5–10 business days of deposit. Complex multi-color projects (like 7-color Minjas) or large orders may take up to 14 days. Rush orders (2–3 business days) are available for an additional fee — just check the rush option on the quote form. Once shipped, transit time is typically 2–5 days via USPS Priority Mail.

Yes! Rush orders (2–3 business day production) are available for an additional fee, typically 25–50% of the order total depending on complexity. Absolutely. We offer discounts for orders of 5+ identical or similar items. The more you order, the better the per-unit price. This is popular for team Minja sets, business branding items, and event giveaways. Contact us with your quantity and we'll quote accordingly.

We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files. If you have a photo, sketch, or even just a description, we can create a 3D model from scratch. For pet statues and lithophanes, photos are all we need — just upload clear, well-lit images through the quote form.

Yes! For pet statues, we use your photos as reference to sculpt a custom 3D model. For lithophanes, your photo is literally converted into a 3D print — when lit from behind, the image appears with full tonal detail. For best results, provide clear, in-focus photos with good lighting. Multiple angles are helpful for pet statues.

Yes, for custom-modeled items (pet statues, custom Minjas, complex projects) we send a 3D render for approval before we start printing. You can request one revision included in the base price; additional revisions may incur a small design fee.

We primarily use premium PLA and PLA+ filaments — excellent for display pieces and gifts. For functional parts we use PETG (better heat and chemical resistance) or TPU (flexible). We also offer specialty filaments including matte, silk, glow-in-the-dark, wood-fill, and multi-color options. Material recommendations are included in every quote.

Our Bambu Lab X1C printers have a build volume of 256×256×256mm (about 10 inches cube). Our Bambu Lab H2C has a larger build volume of 320×320×325mm. For items larger than these dimensions, we can print in sections and assemble them with near-seamless joints.

Our Bambu Lab H2C with the AMS (Automatic Material System) can print up to 4 filament colors per job. Using clever filament selection and AMS management, we can achieve up to 7 visible colors in a single print — as seen in our custom Minjas. The X1Cs support 4-color AMS printing as well.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select orders — contact us to discuss. We're based in Sewanee, TN and use USPS Priority Mail and UPS as our primary carriers. All orders include tracking.

We stand behind every print. If your item arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect, we'll reprint it at no charge — just send us a photo within 5 days of delivery. Because every item is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once printing has begun. We work closely with you during the design approval phase to ensure you'll love the result.

Every order is carefully wrapped in foam padding and placed in a sturdy cardboard box. Fragile items get double-boxed. We've had zero damage complaints since switching to our current packaging method. Each package includes a hand-written note from Sewanee, TN.

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For custom orders, we require a 50% deposit upfront with the balance due before shipping. We also accept Venmo and PayPal for certain orders — just ask. Deposit links are provided after your quote is approved.

A 50% deposit is collected after you approve the quote and before we start any modeling or printing. The remaining 50% is collected when your order is complete and ready to ship. For in-stock or simple items under $50, we may collect full payment upfront.

We're based in Sewanee, Tennessee — home of the University of the South on the Cumberland Plateau. We ship nationwide from right here in the Plateau.

We run two Bambu Lab X1C printers (Shadow and Specter) and one Bambu Lab H2C (Phantom Prime). The X1Cs are industry-leading for speed, precision, and reliability. The H2C is our multi-color workhorse with enhanced build volume and AMS capability — perfect for complex Minjas and large topo models.

PhantomPrints is in our second year of operation. We started as a passion project and have grown into a full-time custom printing studio. We've completed hundreds of orders and built a growing community around our live-stream printing on Kick.
